What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally?
I love a road trip in Maine, where my family and I discover a really good food, fun shops and cool towns. It’s like having a quick, cheap vacation. And at the end of the trip, I’m usually refreshed and ready to write.
What do you most dislike?
Corporate phrases, like “Stay Tuned” and “Let’s table this conversation.” Yuck.
Who are your favorite characters in history?
As in a real life character? Or fictional character? If real life, hands down, Betsy Ross.
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
Interior decorator
